2007 WWG Lifesmarts Team
LifeSmarts is a fun
program, run by the National Consumers League, that encourages high school students to learn about the consumer
issues they face today and the new challenges that are right around the corner!
On March 17, 2007, some of the greatest minds in all Minnesota met at the State Lifesmarts compition in Metro State University in St. Paul over 20 teams came from all over the state to compete. The WWG Lifesmarts team began the season by qualifying via the internet, taking internet tests. After the team qualified, we went up to St. Paul on the 17th. We competed in 3 rounds of Competition, We lost our first round and won our second. Our third round was maybe the most intense round of the entire Competition We ended up loosing in Overtime to Le Suer-Henderson who were led by Ambira Pfarr. The loss was surrounded in contrivers would later learn they became the state champions.
