Westbrook-Walnut Grove Schools has an active Staff Development program whose broad goal is to increase student learning by increasing the faculty's capability. The district conforms to state law, allocating 2% of the general fund to such efforts, and the faculty takes part in seminars and workshops and engages in independent activities that impact student learning positively.
