continue with the notes on world war II Students are to read 788-795



Students are to work with a partner to complete the reading and thinking critically on pages 790-791. Students will reflect on why it matters to day in class through a radio program about the attack on Pearl Harbor. they will develop a script for the program and present a 6-120 second report. they are to include people, reporters, perhaps and eyewitnesses or sail that has been attacked. Perhaps a doctor that treated an injured. Students will be given 20 minutes to complete this activity
Tuesday:
Students are to read the Allies turn the tide 802-807

The air war over Europe page 806-07 thinking critically will be due on Wed
Wednesday:
Continue the notes on the world war II

Students should know the terms and people on page 808 comprehension assessment in their textbooks
Thursday:
Students are to rad 818-826
Victory in Europe and the Pacific.
What was the impact of the D-Day invasion and how did the allies achieve a victory in Europe.
Why did Truman decide to drop the atomic bomb
Friday:
work on Decade project in the computer room and library
