Annoucements:The musical went very well! Yayyy! We have 11 rehearsals until Christmas concert. On Friday we will be sorting the formal attire which will be debuted at our concert!! Special groups as usual this week, we are down to 2 rehearsals each. We need to redouble our focus, effort, and pride, equal participation. Letters and packets will go out this week about our Hallelujah Chorus invitation.We will be getting a committee together to choose Pops Concert music and another committee to choose contest music. The goal is to have all chosen and possibly even here (and started?)before Christmas vacation
Voice Skills: Breathing anatomy, breathing process, blend/breath energy. Add resonance practice and discovery: how resonance and blend/breath energy along with listening and vowels formation to create a cohesive sound . Listening to ourselves

Analysis/Listening Skills:We are going to listen to ourselves from Veteran's Day. We are going to do a lot of analysis of Star Carol, and some on I Saw 3 Ships this week, text and vocabulary discussions of each piece.
Repertoire:As Lately: dynamics, phrasing, dancing the meter, memory
Ding Dong Merrily: clean entrances, listening, memory, exact rhythms
Three Ships: Dynamics, words, entrances, contrasts, phrasing
Star Carol: Long phrasing, legato breathing, words,rubato rhythms
Hallelujah: Continue learning.
