Delivering lines: I'm glad you're here today.
Read in parts Hamlet from Hamlet's soliloquy (divide logically) in Act 1 to 1, 2; then 1, 3 and questions.
Tuesday:
Sub day--review reading Hamlet Act 1, 3 questions.
In groups, find lines for each--the king, Hamlet, Horatio--that represent best each personality; justify the responses.
Read Hamlet to the end of Act 1; questions.
Find images of Hamlet on the web; collect them in a database--fields: name, source, yourresponse.
Wednesday:
Hamlet and the ghost--the message, the religion.
Read Act 2, 1-2, 169; questions; playing Polonius--see Act 1, 3 and his advice to Laertes.

Veteran's Day Program
Thursday:
Find images of Hamlet on the web; collect them in a database--fields: name, source, yourresponse.
Review Hamlet Act 2, 1-2, 169; the switch to prose; read to the end of the Act, questions; plots within plots.
Friday:
Another inner dialog problem--the big soliloquy; intro to video interpretation.
Read Hamlet Act 3, 1-2, questions.
