Hamlet: finish videos through Hamlet's first soliloquy; review: list the details that produce tension as the play begins; list the insults visitied upon Hamlet by Claudius; Read to the end of act 1; questions

Read "This Prttie Lad" and "What Sees Thou" from Ackroyd; list connections the author finds between the life and the work

Hamlet--list the plots; troubling passages; video comparison-the two Poloniuses; preview of the video project/memorization project; read to act 2, scene 2, line 169: betrayal heaped on Hamlet; evidence of Polonius's character

Review life and work readings; read "I Summon Up" and "A Nowne and a Verbe" from Ackroyd; list connections the author finds between the life and the work
