Students will begin discussion and activities on the period confederation to constitution for this week:

Students will analyze the Articles of Confederation and the major issues faced by the delegates to the Constitutional Convention along with the debate over ratifying the Constitution.

Students will read in class pages 218-225. Students will understand how the government was formed

Students will finish viewing the film: Revolution
Tuesday:
Students will read 226-233
Students in class will complete the geography in history on the Northwest Territory


Students will explore the Articles of Confederation and their influence in revising the Constitution. They will understand the role of Federalists and Anti-Federalists through a series of activities.

Assignments are due today
Wednesday:
Students will have a series of activities over the next two days
1. The great seal of the United States
2. The declaration of independence
3. The Continental Congress
4. Federalists vs Anti-Federalists
5. The Bill of Rights
Thursday:
continue with the activities from Wednesday
